MySQL 4 and 5 On Same Server, Different Addresses

I was wondering if it was possible to do this:

1)- Have MySQL 4.1 located at "localhost" (currently located there)

2)- Have a second MySQL 5 server located at "mysql5.thinktivity.com"

How would I install the 2nd installation and provide my users with PhpMyAdmin, etc.?

Im not sure if its possible but if it is im sure you would have to install mysql 5 in a different folder and change the config from localhost.
