    Updating MySQL Server...MySQL Setup Script Version 7.0
    Fetching Index of /mysqlinstall/RELEASE/cPpkgversion (0)....@67.205.110.4......connected......receiving...100%......Done
    Loaded cPPkgs::MySQL ok!
    This is the cPPkgs::MySQL 5.0.81 installer for Linux.
    MySQL 5.0.81 is up to date

    Even though:

    Release All Revisions
    2009-11-24 15:12:22

    Dovecot updated to 1.1.19-1cp
    MySQL 5.0 updated to 5.0.85-0.glibc23

    Any ideas? My server won't upgrade to MySQL 5.0.85 at all!

    This appears to be a cPanel issue. Contents of the cPpkgversion file include:

    Code:
     '5.0' => {
                                          'flags' => '',
                                          'files' => [
                                                       'MySQL-shared-5.0.81-0.glibc23.%arch%.rpm',
                                                       'MySQL-devel-5.0.81-0.glibc23.%arch%.rpm',
                                                       'MySQL-client-5.0.81-0.glibc23.%arch%.rpm',
                                                       'MySQL-bench-5.0.81-0.glibc23.%arch%.rpm',
                                                       'MySQL-server-5.0.81-0.glibc23.%arch%.rpm',
                                                       'MySQL-shared-5.0.81-0.glibc23.%arch%.rpm'
                                                     ],
                                          'version' => '5.0.81',
                                          'release' => '0.glibc23',
                                          'dir' => '5.0.81-0'
                                        },
    Please fix ASAP.
