Is there any way to upgrade MySQL from version 5.1 to version 5.5 from the command-line?

I realize I would have to run easyapache to recompile PHP after doing this, but is there a way to do this? Or do you have to do the upgrade through the WHM interface for every server?

    Hello :)

The information in the following thread should be helpful:

    Upgrade MySQL on DNS-Only

It's intended for DNS-Only machines but the same principle should apply to a standard cPanel server.

    Thank you.
