mySQL 5.7 support

    We tried installing mySQL 5.7 and learned it's not / not yet compatible with cPanel.
    Is this correct and are there workarounds available to get it work right now?

    MySQL 5.7 is not yet supported, and there are no available workarounds that will allow you to install a supported instance of it. Feel free to vote and add your feedback to the existing feature request at:
