I'm trying to add a MySQL access host for one of my customers through cPanel so they can remotely connect to their database but after adding the IP and receiving a message saying that the IP was added, the list on the cPanel page doesn't display it as being added and the customer can't remotely connect.

I'm running 10.8.1-C66 of cPanel. Has anyone else noticed that they can't add access hosts?

Is there a way I can do this manually? If so, what files do I have to edit?
