Hi,

I'm hoping someone can help me.

Once logged into Cpanel, the "MySQL Account Maintenance" page is blank.

I have several mysql dbs and several mysql db users. Once I click phpmyadmin, I'm taken to phpmyadmin where all the db info appears.

But, the MySQL Account Maintenance is blank. It doesn't show any of the mysql details. It's the same with all the accounts on the server.

Can anyone suggest a fix?

Thanks.

FYI:

Problem has been solved.

I just needed to reset the root password.

If anyone wants to know how I did that.

/etc/rc.d/init.id/mysql stop

went to WHM and changed local root pw.

Years later, I am having this problem. I've resynced the passwords and that hasn't helped. Can anyone lead me in the right direction?

Well Cpanel was a CURRENT, we just restored back to STABLE and this seems to have fixed the problem. I assume it is a bug in the latest CURRENT release.

Not an issue in Edge so why is it a problem in Current?

doing "Reset Local MySQL Root Password" in whm fixes the problem...

on our dual opteron server it took about 10-20 seconds, so be patient--do it twice if you have to.

I "solved" the problem, just take the file from another cpanel server an move it to the one with the new release, this fixed the blank mysql page bug for me

Ummm what file?

Xavier
You should have a little bit of knowledge about the software you use ;)

This file: /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Mysql.pm ;)

If you have future questions, pm me and I can help u

Tip:
Use scp for copying the file over to your other cpanel box

Cpanel has hundreds of files, you could have been talking about anything. But thank you, I copied over the file from another box and that did fix my issue. If others aren't so lucky to have multiple boxes, I have attached a copy from my server. "unzip Mysql.pm.zip -d /"

Thank you Xavierkca, this file fixed my problem. But where it came from?
I looked that I have created two account on Sun Jul 30. First at 19:17:59 2006 (it was working) and second at 19:19:38 2006 (this one didn't work).
Old accounts where all OK (which had already active mysql DB), but accounts which where new (after that time) or didn't have active mysql DB didn't work :(

Ver: WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.8.2-E479 running on Trustix.

Bug?

About the blank page that appears in Mysql Account Maintenance:
I have set the updates to CURRENT and updated. After that I got blank page on mysql.
Try to go back to Stable, no luck, webmail did not work anymore and other things in WHM.
I sticked to CURRENT and copy over an older version of Mysql.pm. That worked.
But after an auto update of cpanel, the problem appeared again.
Does anyone know an other solution for this problem ? I have the latest CURRENT release (C33) and is't not fixed yet.
