mysql and terminate an account problem

    hello
    when i terminate an account
    if account dont have database without any problem i can terminate it or create it again
    but if user account have database ,after terminate i cant create it again
    i have bellow error :
    sorry , a mysql user with the name ... already exist

    i have upper problem in my all accounts!

    what can i do ?

    centos 6 x86_64 whm 11:30:2

    terminate and problem in passwd,group,mysqld

    hello
    after terminate i cant create it again
    i have bellow error :
    sorry , a group of user name ... already exist

    i have upper problem in my all accounts!
    when i need create it again i need remove user from passwd ,group!


    what can i do ?

    i used /scripts/upcp --force
    i still problem with it, and problem not fix
