I have a new server that I'd like to optimize:

    Hardware:
    Dual Quad Core Xeon
    16GB Memory

    Software:
    Centos 6.5 64bit + cPanel
    PHP 5.4
    MySQL 5.5
    Apache 2.4.7

I need to know how to fully optimize both MySQL and PHP/Apache to take advantage of the CPU/Memory as much as possible.

I'm running a vBulletin 4x site and a few other sites. I thought about Xcache/Eaccelerator but waiting for suggestions.

I tried nginx in the past, conflicted with cPanel in a few ways. Not crazy about it.

    Thanks
