Anytime I delete a user or delete a database on a certain account, it changes the password for a certain database under that account (but not any others). Does anyone know why, and how to fix this?

I'm not sure what you mean. To clarify, MySQL databases do not have any passwords themselves. There is a list of users and passwords that are allowed to access that database stored by MySQL. You'll need to grant access privileges for any users that wish to access the database by using MySQL Databases in cPanel. See MySQL Databases -> Add User to Database

Oops sorry, I meant it change the password for a certain user (mamb3).

We didn't know what was causing it until today. I can reproduce this at will by deleting a user, and thus the mamb3 users password will be changed.
