    Hello,

    I am using this configuration in my.cnf file.. I would like you to please correct this if there is any correction..

    local-infile=0
    default-storage-engine=MyISAM
    innodb_file_per_table=1
    max_allowed_packet=268435456
    open_files_limit=50000
    innodb_buffer_pool_size=134217728

    I have heard many servers got issues after some months and innodb corrupted.

    Hello :),

    I will suggest you try to optimize your mysql server with the MySQLTuner-perl by major scripts. Might be your mysql is not shutting down properly and due to that you are facing this issues with innodb.
