Mysql connect problem after easyapache

    Hello

    I updated my php to 4.4.8 via easyapache. But after that my scripts couldnt
    connect the databases?

    What may be the problem?

    I can see the databases from whm

    what errors are you getting?

    Is it possible that you compiled PHP without mySQL support. You can check this by looking in the output of a phpinfo function.

    This is an easy one... When you customize your profile on Easyapache you need to turn on "Use System MySQL" for PHP4. This fixed it for me and many others.

    I don't remeber before EA we have to check this options, why not in default ?
