mysql connection error

    I am loosing hope i am posting here as a last reasourt. I have connecter a dedicated sql server via teh cpanel function and now i get this error every couple hours and i can not find where to look to see what is causeing it.

    Warning: mysql_connect(): Host '' is blocked because of many connection errors. Unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'

    Anyone knwo where i can find teh file that shows me the connection errors?

    It is very possible that you have a network connection issues to the server. Or it is an application not properly closing database connections. One of our clients had a Php script using persistent connections. However, each request initiated a new connection due to our incorrect configuration.

    mysqladmin -u <user> -p<password> processlist
    That should show you a list of current connections.
