Hello,

It's possible your system is running out of available memory. Do you notice any output related to memory in /var/log/messages when MySQL fails? If so, you will need to add more memory to the server, or consider checking with the cPanel user to see if there's anything they (or the script developer) can do to reduce the MySQL resource usage.
