Strange problem. Mysql is crashing or so it seems at least.

One site using mysql shows this error

    Error: Can't create/write to file '/tmp/#sql_7d4e_0.MYI' (Errcode: 122)

I restart the cpanel vps, it goes away then returns few minutes later.

I already did chmod 1777 /tmp and forced cpanel upgrade.

    Code:
    entered into VE 104
    -bash-3.00# su -
    /tmp/Rshmw6qR: Disk quota exceeded
    root@user [~]# df -h
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
    /dev/vzfs 15G 7.4G 7.7G 49% /
    vzfs 15G 7.4G 7.7G 49% /var/tmp
That specific domain is using only 13mb of 200mb allocated too

    What could cause this problem?

    Using mysql 4.1 / centos 4.5 on a vps

Seems like an inodes problem. Have your provider check your qos, specifically your inodes allocation.
