Hi

This is a server wide issue

after a server crash- mysql databases are no longer showing up in cpanel.

When I click on the MySql icon in cpanel- I see no mysql users and no mysql databases
but
mysql databases still work perfectly on the sites

in the whm phpmyadmin the databases show up

in the cpanel phpmyadmin they do not show up

Thanks for your help
Audrey

Hi Audrey,

Are you able to enter MySQL command line in root SSH?

Code:
mysql
If you do without any errors, try to do the following to see if this resolves the issue:

Code:
/usr/local/cpanel/bin/setupdbmap
If that does not work, please check /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log for any errors on trying to load the MySQL databases area in cPanel, then paste the error message(s) here.

Hi Audrey,

I ran the command I mentioned earlier on the forum on your machine and the databases are showing up:

Code:
/usr/local/cpanel/bin/setupdbmap
Before, the users weren't showing yaml files in /var/cpanel/databases area and that's why the mapping wasn't working to display the databases each owned in cPanel > MySQL Databases area.

I've replied to your ticket with the above details as well.

Thanks!
