There is a potential customer of our hosting company. They were just setup on cPanel by their current host (to make it easier to transfer the account). If I look in their cPanel under server> MySQl Databases only 1 of the 2 databases is displayed. myPHPadmin shows both.

Is there anyway to get both databases to show under the MySQL Database option of cPanel? Without both showing in that option a site transfer isn't complete since it doesn't transfer the missing database.

Cpanel uses a unique naming scheme for the databases, <username>_dbname so if it doesn't met that critriea, it won't show up in the Cpanel.
