MySql Database Rapidly Increasing! Help Please

Hi Friends, I am having the SQL high usage issues into my website . Some time it goes to more then 1000% and average of sql is round about 200% to 400%. I have a dedicated server with the config below:

40 core CPU
256 GB Ram
500mb dedicated bandwidth

Due to High SQL rapidly increasing, my site goes down (Crashes) in every 5 minutes. Please help me to Solve this problem. As i contact with my hosting company but they told me everything is perfect from our end, so i don't know What do i do now.

Have you gone into phpmyadmin and looked at what is running or run mysqladmin processlist from Linux shell? If MySQL is using a lot of CPU it's more than likely a bad query and you have to debug it from within MySQL.
