    Hi,
I've just started using cPanel with my new hosting provider. I'm trying to set up a Wordpress site on my blog which requires a database. When you configure Wordpress, it asks for a database host. I previously used 000WebHost and I put this in that box, 'mysql10.000webhost.com'. But now I'm hosting with UKHost4u which uses ePanel VPS Optimized 3. But that doesn't give me a URL for the database, just the database name.
Wordpress says, use 'localhost' if you don't know the database URL but that also does not work.
    Can anyone help?

    Thanks.

You'll need to create the database first from in cPanel > Databases > MySQL Databases.

Create the database, create a user and give him a password, and finally associate that user and that database. All from that page. Be sure to write down the details, those are what you'll use for your wordpress config file.

localhost should be used as well.
