Each and every one of my hosted DB's is dead after the C56 upgrade last night!

Each one (all customers) have the same error, I have tried recreating a test DB and running the install script from one of the templates out there and even the install.php script (that worked fine last week) returns the following error:

Warning: mysql_query() [function.mysql-query]: Access denied for user: 'nobody@localhost' (Using password: NO) in /home/

I even went so far as to create a new account from scratch when testing, so its not just old accounts that the mysql connections are buggered in!
Can someone please help me out?

    Thanks
