OK, im quite new to cPanel... so don't snap at me!

I'm trying to install a photoblog, and it needs my MySQL database details to log on...

the code I have to change is:

    $pixelpost_db_host = "replace_me"; // database host, often "localhost"
    $pixelpost_db_user = "replace_me"; // database user
    $pixelpost_db_pass = "replace_me"; // database user password
    $pixelpost_db_pixelpost = "replace_me"; // database

I'm not sure what to change, and where to put it... and I need the MySQL information.. which i can't find!!!!

    help is VERY appreciated

    $pixelpost_db_user = "user_username"; // database user
    $pixelpost_db_pass = "user_userpassword"; // database user password
    $pixelpost_db_pixelpost = "databasename_nameyoucreatedforthis"; // database
