When using the MySQL Database Wizard in cPanel, I get the following error after trying to create a database (after going through creating a user).

    Code:
Error from mysql wrapper: CP-Wrap Critical Error (signal 11 from wrapped program)! This may indicate a corrupt admin binary in /usr/local/cpanel/bin/
I've Googled the error, and found similar errors, but with "signal 13" rather than "signal 11." I used the forceupdate function as well.

I've also attempted to run this command, but get the following output:
    Code:

    root@pos [~]# /scripts/upcp --force
    Running Futex Check/Fix......Done
    Segmentation fault
    root@pos [~]#

There can be many causes for your corruption but gut instinct here is leading me to suspect you have an underlying hardware issue.
