Warning: Your privilege table structure seems to be older than this MySQL version!
Please run the script mysql_fix_privilege_tables that should be included in your MySQL server distribution to solve this problem!

Can somebody please help me with that error?

Sure, first set a mysql root password, you can use the whm link.

After its set, you can run this command in ssh

    mysql_fix_privilege_tables --password=root_password

substitute root_password for the one you set for mysql root password.

That should pretty much convert and fix everything on its own.

    exit and enjoy
