it says in the error you might want to make sure your sessions tables have the correct permisions

When you pack a table, it becomes read-only, you cannot use a compressed table for read/write access. The tables should be MyISAM. How did you save the tables from the original phpBB installation on your previous host?

If you use phpMyAdmin, go to that table, select the 'Operations' tab, and on that page you can change the table type to MyISAM. Any table you need to write to should not be packed. (Most likely all tables in the database) You will need to repeat the changes for all tables.

it dont give me that option.

it only gives me option to
    copy and rename the database

    Structure only
    Structure and data
    Data only
    Add AUTO_INCREMENT value
    Add constraints
    Switch to copied database

when i click the structure it tell mes the files are MyISAM

    what do i do

If the table is still packed, you need to unpack it using the --unpack option with myisamchk
