MySQL and interchange are both failing.

Here's the error I get when trying to restart MySQL

ERROR 2002: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (111)

    check mysql.sock

    Hello,

Check mysql.sock and see whether it is Linked (Hard) to the correct file and check the path its normally in /var/lib/mysql.

else try killing all the mysql process , stop and starting mysqld again.

else try and create the link for mysql.sock.

    see man ln.

    Regards,
