mysql file right

    I'm :confused: I keep having to regive the "file_priv" right to a user(it's been reset 4 times already) despite the fact that this right is required to use the load data functionality in phpmyadmin. Even more :confused: is that the timing of the privilege resets seems to be each time phpmyadmin is entered by this user. I'm familiar with using chattr +i to prevent cpanel from messing with your system, where's the mysql equivalent?
