MYSQL High Load on server

Hello,

I have linux server with bellow configration
Intel Xeon E3-1245V2
2x HDD SATA 3,0 TB Enterprise
4x RAM 8192 MB DDR3 ECC
NIC 1 Gbit

mysql usage is very high , see attached server load and top result


and this load stays like that, what can be reason and how to fix that.

can you post the results of

mysqladmin processlist

That will show what is currently going on with MySQL.

For some additional details I always like this one:

mysqladmin proc status

as that will also how the total queries per second and if there are any slow queries happening.
