    Hi,

Apologies if i have put this in the wrong forum, i didnt know where to put it.

The Server load has been very high over the past week, and it appears to be SQL that is causing the strain.

Im wondering, where would i go (within the server or WHM) to find out what accounts/sites is causing the burden?

At the minute using "SHOW CPU USAGE" it just shows SQL as a whole process that is causing a high load. But other than that it doesnt break it down, if i could only find out what account(s) is causing the high load, i can then investigate further.... Its killing my server !

    Any help grately appricated!
    Thanks,
    Darren.

Although this is not a good option, but you could edit the directive in /usr/lib/php.ini file and change persistent connection OFF Then watch MySQL processes using this command:

    watch mysqladmin processlist

Read the following for more information about this problem and HowTo:

I also suggest you read this article about the possible causes of server high load: http://www.servertune.com/kbase/security/server_load.html
