I created a new user in cPanel and that user is allowed 1 mySQL db. Once I was done creating the account it said that user was already using 1/1 databases? Any idea why?

    Thanks,
    Cameron

There is no site software installed on the account (e.g. WordPress), correct? This is a blank account with no content, other than what was in your skeleton directory, correct?

Correct, nothing was yet installed. I created the site then I logged into the customer account after I was done and it said using 1/1 but it showed no databases in the MySQL section in WHM.

Hmm, check /var/lib/mysql for a database with that username?
