Was having server problems this morning, apache would not restart so I recompiled now Mysql and Postgre are not working, have tried several fixes from this forum with no luck, I updtaded the scripts and upcp and recompiled 3 times now, here is the error when trying to restart Mysql:

DBI connect('mysql:localhost','root',...) failed: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2) at /scripts/restartsrv_mysql line 75
mysql has failed, please contact the sysadmin (result was "Warning, no valid mysql.sock file found.mysql has failed").

Any help would be greatly appreciated......

    Thanks

    Kind of working

Installed version 4 from 3 then ran /scripts/sysup, that seemed to fix Mysql but then I went restart apache and it failed, so I did a force upcp then recompiled again, now everything seems to be working but there are some underlying problems.
