Last night CPanel triggered an automatic update on my server to version WHM 11.34.0 (build 6),
however it seems like it broke something on my MySQL installation as lots of customers are reporting problems.

Also if I login into MySQL databases option of CPanel the users databases are gone.
And obviously I can´t make complete backups of my accounts to move the information to another server.

This is one of the error messages I am receiving:
    - DBD::mysql::db do failed: MySQL server has gone away at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Mysql.pm line 1117.

You should open a ticket about this instead of waiting on support from these forums. I would if it was me.
