can someone help me out here, i have a site on my server which has a high mysql load here is a print from the top command.

    27276 mysql 16 0 171m 34m 4164 S 194 3.5 4020:45 mysqld

is there something i can do to optimaze this or find out where the load comes from in the php script. the server is a P4 3.0 Ghz with 1GB Ram and the site shouldnt have that impact on the cpu, also the front pages takes between 6 - 10 sec to load which is way to long.
