MySQL Manger Missing User Data

I do not see any other fixes for this.

MySQL manager in my customers cpanels do not show any of the databases, users, or access hosts that they have created, you can see their databases when using phpMyAdmin. This was working and I noticed the information gone last night, any ideas?

I have tried rebooting the system no luck there, I also did a repair on the mysql tables.
