I am still running servers on MySQL 4.0.27 and are considering throwing the switch and to upgrade to 4.1 via WHM/cPanel.

How many folks really had problems making that move and had to revert back?

How about performance after the upgrade? Better or worse?

    Thanks for any feedback.

no issues, but the databases do get converted to a new format so restoring back to 4.0 is not going to be possible unless you make backups first.

4.1 works great, using on many boxes.
