I dont know where to start searching for an answer. When using our ticket system at random intervals when you write a record to the database, click submit a reply to our users ticket, we get a page not found. This also happens when we are modifying records in Modernbill or applications where you can make changes to the database. I dont know where this is coming from assuming it has to be MySQL timing out on us or perm issue? Yes, the record is still written to the database but we have to refresh the browser to continue in the application.

    Anyone else?

We are running 4.14 i think it is.

    Go on, have a guess
Have you checked in the apache error log for a segmentation fault or similar? Whenever I've seen a page load failure from a script like that apache is usually segfaulting and creating a coredump somwhere on disk (possibly in the users account).
