    Hello,

After upgrading the database server from 5.1 to 5.5, I am unable to access the phpmyadmin by clicking the icon from cPanel. I can access it if I reset the cPanel password. Is there any way I can manually sync passwords all at once? Else I have to reset the password for all users manually.

Also when I checked the privs

    Please advise.

    Hi,

Can you update the error you are facing while calling phpmyadmin ?
Kindly also get back with the error being logged in cpanel error log while calling phpmyadmin for each cpanel account.

    tail -f /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log

    Hello,

You should not have to sync the passwords if the MySQL password associated with the account is the same as the cPanel password. Do you notice any errors in the cPanel error log when this happens?

    Thank you.
