I'm experiencing a serious problem after restoring a cPanel server due to HDD failure.

I have followed everything in this great Wiki: /http://www.ndchost.com/wiki/cpanel/restore-from-crash-or-hack

Everything works great after restoring my previous cPanel server and all databases were restored fine..

BUT on some websites, some strings/text are not showing up from MySQL databases :(

I really have no idea what is causing the problem, I have search for a solution but ended up with nothing..

Is it a problem with collation, character-set, missing files? Please advise! Any help will be appreciated :)
