    mysql crash very strange. 10 hours work fine and after that crash every minute.

    mysqld[19880]: segfault at 0000040000000014 rip 000000000051faa3 rsp
    000000004481e180 error 4

    mysqld[27111] general protection rip:51faa3 rsp:44913180 error:0

    When crash in ssh console appear this:

    root@myhost [/scripts]# *** glibc detected *** double free or corruption (!prev): 0x000000000131f730 ***

    In websites is this:
    Warning: mysql_pconnect() [function.mysql-pconnect]: Can't connect to local
    MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2) in
    /home/beloud/public_html/connect.php on line 2
    Unable to connect to my database

    in ssh after I run /scripts/restartserv_mysql:
    Starting MySQL/etc/rc.d/init.d/mysql: line 95: 15165 Killed
    $bindir/mysqld_safe --datadir=$datadir --pid-file=$pid_file >/dev/null
    ................................... ERROR!
    root@myhost [~]# /scripts/restartsrv_mysql
    Starting MySQL SUCCESS!

    Is very strange, can be an attack (an outside command through Apache)???

    Many thanks!

    P.S. The server is a dual Xeon 64 bit, CentOS 4.3
