mysql problem

    when i used whm & go on

    Mysql Db Repair

    it shows all databases accept information schema..


    and


    when i use mysql query -----show databases;
    it will show information_schema;
    but when i try to change or flush any privileges.
    by using command
    -
    -
    grant all privileges on information_schema.* to root@"localhost" identified by 'any-passwd';

    following error come
    ERROR 1044 (42000): Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' to database 'information_schema'
    what to do.....how to fix this error ???????
    please help me
    i m help less guy.......
    please any one is there
    i hope here are many many

    cPanel Access Level:
    Root Administrator
    Search the forums, there are many threads concerning this very issue

    Search google

    Submit a support ticket to your cpanel lic provider ( This is the offical method of support)

    Hire a system administrator to fix this for you

    Going to WHM --> Change a User or Database Password and resetting my mysql root password back to my usual fixed the problem for me. Many others are having this same issue. Happened to me after an auto-upgrade last night to 4.1.19. :-(

    All is well again, I believe.
