mysql problem

hi, yesterday my mysqld crashes, and it cannot restart \'cause it cannot read db.MYD
i\'ve deleted mysql and reinstalled from rpm, but no way to read that file. this morning i fixed it, and mysqld restarted, but through cpanel i cannot connect to it. the cpanel the index page about mysql says this

Mysql Databases ERROR 1045: Access denied for user: \'[email protected]\' (Using password: NO) 0

what could it be, and how to fix it?
