MySQL Rollback Issues

    All of a sudden, a user is getting this message spouted by phpbb2:
    Code:
    SQL Error : 1196 Warning: Some non-transactional changed tables couldn't be rolled back
    I don't know where it has come from, but suspect that it may have come from a upcp run recently - has anyone else been experiencing the problem? Thanks.

    What mysql version do you have ?

    http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/non-transactional-tables.html shows :

    If you receive the following message when trying to perform a ROLLBACK, it means that one or more of the tables you used in the transaction do not support transactions:

    Warning: Some non-transactional changed tables couldn't be rolled back
