MySQL shutting down daily

MySQL is shutting down/crashing everyday at 0000hrs. I am not aware what has caused this issue, but this started about a week back. I have to do a Graceful Reboot to normalise services. I am getting a mail everyday as per below :

SUBJECT : [mysqlconnectioncheck] Authentication Failed, and could not reset the MySQL server root password.

The system was unable to authenticate to the local MySQL server on “localhost”.

The connection driver reported the following error: Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

The error reported by the reset attempt was: The subprocess reported the “” (72057594037927935) error when it ended. The process dumped a core file.

The system was unable to automatically reconnect to the MySQL server.
You must manually update the password in “/root/.my.cnf” in order to restore normal operations.

I have Reset MySQL password using WHM. Also as per the above mail, updated password in /root/.my.cnf, but it did not work. I just check the .my.cnf file and the password has changed to something else.

Also, If I restart MySQL from Restart Services option in WHM, It shows the following log.

If I am trying to Create an Account in Cpanel using a reseller account, it gives the following error :

Account Creation Status: failed

The MySQL service is down.

Help would be appreciated.

Hello,

You will have to monitor your server with the top and ps aufx command, May be due to insufficient memory, you are getting this issues. So please monitor it and try to optimize your MySQL with MySQLTuner-perl by major scripts.

What error message do you see in /var/lib/mysql/$hostname.err when attempting to create an account or restart MySQL?
