Hi, upgrade mysql 5.0.21 and later was with error!
/usr/bin/mysqladmin: connect to server at 'localhost' failed error: 'Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES)' mysql has failed, please contact the sysadmin (result was "mysql has failed").
already I executed
/script/mysqlup --force
more the problem continues!
I changed the password of root for whm more I did not bring up to date the password in /root/.my.cnf and I brought up to date there more the problem direct still I happen
my.cnf
[mysqld]
set-variable = max_connections=500
safe-show-database
old-passwords = 1
what I can make to decide this problem? Thanks
