mysql start with bind-address, good idea for cpanel?

I need to bind the server’s main IP address to mysql - so I can run a second server on another IP. if this wont cause a problem with cpanel or my resellers on other NS/IPs, how would I automate this so if it needs to restart it can do so with the command
