    On my PIV2,8HT 1GB RAM there are 4 mysql processess after mysql reboot. And then after next 1h there are... 14-17 processess???

    I've also have PIV2,4 whit 512 and almost the same configuration of my.cnf and httpd.conf - there are only one mysql process and only one httpd process.

    Any ideas?

    There is a copy of my.cnf (PIV 2,8HT 1GB):

    [mysqld]
    port = 3306
    socket = /var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock
    skip-locking
    skip-innodb
    max_connections = 400
    wait_timeout = 100
    connect_timeout = 10
    key_buffer = 128M
    max_allowed_packet = 5M
    table_cache = 1500
    sort_buffer_size = 2M
    read_buffer_size = 2M
    myisam_sort_buffer_size = 32M
    thread_cache = 128
    query_cache_size= 32M
    # Try number of CPU's*2 for thread_concurrency
    thread_concurrency = 4

    [mysqldump]
    quick
    max_allowed_packet = 16M

    [mysql]
    no-auto-rehash

    open_files_limit = 8192

    [isamchk]
    key_buffer = 60M
    sort_buffer_size = 60M
    read_buffer = 16M
    write_buffer = 16M

    [myisamchk]
    key_buffer = 60M
    sort_buffer_size = 60M
    read_buffer = 16M
    write_buffer = 16M

    [mysqlhotcopy]
    interactive-timeout

    And there is some of my httpd.conf (also PIV2,8 HT 1GB):

    Timeout 15
    KeepAlive On
    MaxKeepAliveRequests 100
    KeepAliveTimeout 2
    MinSpareServers 10
    MaxSpareServers 20
    StartServers 3
    MaxClients 256
    MaxRequestsPerChild 30

    Maybe someone knows better values for those?
