Mysql Trouble

    Hi Actually I have some customers that are receiving this message:

    Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Client does not support authentication protocol requested by server; consider upgrading MySQL client in

    How that can be fixed??

    Sounds like your php is not working with your mysql. Did you recently upgrade to apache 2.x? If so, recompile your apache with the latest php available for your version. This should get you going.

    What is the command for recompile the php with apache??

    In your case, I would suggest using Easy Apache in your whm.

    whm > software > apache update

    Ok I was rebuild the apache with apache 2.0 and mysql 5.2..., some customers are working good while others receive this error

    nternal Server Error

    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@alondra.com.ve and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
