I'm sorry but don't know where else to post this.
A cpanel upgrade was blocked because of an old mySQL installation. I upgraded mysql through WHM as directed so the cpanel upgrade could proceed but now all my sites are down!!!

I tried an account backup restore to see if that would restore a site and got this error... Initial configuration generation failed with the following message: Rebuilding Apache Conf Configuration problem detected on line 531 of file /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf.work.XEW8_phTHiw70IX8: UserDir \"enable\" keyword requires a list of usernames --- /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf.work.XEW8_phTHiw70IX8 --- 525 BytesLog /usr/local/apache/domlogs

I opened a ticket with my data center but no response... Can someone please help me fix this?!?

It looks like you also submitted a ticket, 4411903, about this. We work complimentary tickets in the order they are received, but someone will look at it and reply as soon as possible.

If you desire faster support, you can purchase a one-time upgrade to priority support for a single ticket. You can do this by contacting customer service.

I notice that you closed the ticket before we could reply to it. Did you find a solution? If you did, can you share how you fixed the problem?
