mysql upgrade and now all sites are down

Sep 3, 2004
I'm sorry but don't know where else to post this.
A cpanel upgrade was blocked because of an old mySQL installation. I upgraded mysql through WHM as directed so the cpanel upgrade could proceed but now all my sites are down!!!

I tried an account backup restore to see if that would restore a site and got this error... Initial configuration generation failed with the following message: Rebuilding Apache Conf Configuration problem detected on line 531 of file /usr/local/apache/conf/ UserDir \"enable\" keyword requires a list of usernames --- /usr/local/apache/conf/ --- 525 BytesLog /usr/local/apache/domlogs

I opened a ticket with my data center but no response... Can someone please help me fix this?!?
