MySQL users getting dropped out of CPanel???

Ive noticed on a couple of our servers that database users assigned to databases are being dropped out of cpanel requiriung them to be re-added via the cpanel interface

anyone seen this issue before or know what may be causing it?

Yes on a number of servers, you will also get email accounts disappearing also. No idea what causes it however. Started aroiund 45 days ago. I don't put bug reports in any longer as they dont get fixed.
