MySQL is using 99% of the CPU all the time. I have restarted the box, I have restarted mysql. As soon as the system comes back up, or as soon as mysql is restarted, it instantly goes back to using 99% of the CPU (mysql that is). What is going on? I have updated EVERYTHING but still using 99% of CPU. Any ideas?

Also I just noticed that httpd keeps jumping up to 99% CPU every minute or so. but mysql stays at 99% all the time. These are huge problems (obviously). Please help.
