Is it possible using mysqlup to upgrade it to version-4.0.26. I see after running mysqlup on the server it's 4.0.25. If that is not possible can I manually retrieve rpms for 4.0.26 and install them? Would that cause any conflict with cpanel databases? Or any other problems if I manually do that?

    Thanks
    Sadique

You can do it manually and I suppose it shouldn't cause any problems. However, the next upcp run will likely downgrade them again unless you create the file:

    touch /etc/mysqlupdisable

If you do create that file, then you'll be responsible for upgrading MySQL in the future.
