One my shared hosting client has opened below support ticket:

    -------------------------------------------------------------
I installed Moodle on my website, but it is not accessible and the following message appears when I try to access moodle.
Error: database driver problem detectedThe site administrator should verify server configurationPHP has not been properly configured with the MySQLi extension so that it can communicate with MySQL. Please check your php.ini file or recompile PHP. MySQLi extension is not available for PHP 4.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Can any one guide how to enable MySQLi extension?

    Hello,

You need to compile PHP in the server to enable Mysqli either using cpanel script /scripts/easyapache or from WHM.

Steps to do easyapache from WHM :

    WHM >> Software >> EasyApache
